Intro to Sushi Making

  • 1 Day

About

For this specific course, we will show you how to make several types of sushi and talk about the history of sushi at the same time. Sushi is one of the food that changes it's color depending on what ingredients you put in. Historically, Japanese mainly eat fish rather than meats so pescatarians would be able to eat all the sushis that will be served in this course. (request can be arranged if announced beforehand; we can do vegan, vegetarian, gluten free.) We'll focus on two types of sushi: Maki Sushi (Sushi Roll), and Temari Sushi (Ball Sushi).
